Wham-O's Mars Platter 5th style. Re-Tooled from Premier Products original 4th style that had added "Frisbee" to the underside of the disc and Wham-O sued and won. The mold was part of the settlement.
From Flying Disc Museum.com: Wham-O retooled the 4th Style mold to replace Premier's knurled band on the top side with Flight Rings. The script on the bottom remains unchanged. Also used in Horseshoe Game sets.
