Product description:
These collectable HDXs were at one time the hottest thing around for
freestyle frisbee in the early 1980's. This was the revolution of a
more durable plastic
that would hold up to the abuse of kicking and tipping. It was the
first disc also to experiment with new attractive colors. Still today
the HDX is a popular for recreational throw and catch and freestyle
play. These HDX discs on this page are part of a collection that is for
sale and supply is limited to this set of two discs in this color
pictured here. The set includes one 80 mold HDX and one 61 mold (the
Super Pro mold)
disc. The 61 mold is also unique in that there is no center part of the
traditional HDX design. Freestylers preferred an open center with no
hot stamp so this was an idea disc for jamming. These are some of the
last available 80 molds produced for players and not available at
regular retail stores. These discs are in excellent condition. No
delay marks and never thrown.
