Product description:
This collectible HDX was at one time the hottest thing around for
freestyle frisbee in the early 1980's. This was the revolution of a
more durable plastic
that would hold up to the abuse of kicking and tipping. It was the
first disc also to experiment with new attractive colors. Still today
the HDX is a popular disc for recreational throw and catch and freestyle
play. These HDX discs are part of a collection that is for
sale and supply is limited to this one disc and color
pictured here. The 61 mold was used only for a short time in the
HDX series. Now the 100 mold is the disc that completes the set with
the 165 gram size. The 61 mold is no longer in production, but was originally sold as the Super
Pro.
This disc is slightly used but in very good condition. It looks to have been thrown
but not much. This particular disc is a 61N mold which I assume was slightly
modified from the original 61. Not sure that this disc wasn't retired shortly
after this versions was released.
